Liquid Smooth

2023. Found objects (disassembled necklace and broken pair of glasses, both vintage and purchased at a flea market) and soft soldering. As featured on Gastt Fashion and High Snobiety Design.

This project was done for Semester 1 Space/Materiality class.

Liquid Smooth explores the materiality and malleability of metal. The glasses are designed to morph to the model’s face, bending and melting with the facial structure of the wearer. Its nosebridge is detachable, pushing its ability to be worn by all faces.
