Contemporary Eve

Contemporary Eve is a multimedia installation based on the sexualised perception of women in the digital age and the commodification of women's bodies. It subverts the traditional idea of purity and uses religious themes to criticise women's treatment in the contemporary era.

Using Eve and the symbol of the apple/first sin, the woman becomes submissive and objectified as parallel to modern times.
